Designed stage sets for the bareMinerals “Bare Escentuals” Direct Response Television commercials that successfully demonstrated the uniqueness and high quality of the bareMinerals product line. The campaign grew revenue from $25 million to over $250 million, and the commercials consistently ranked in the Top 5 of the Infomercial Monitoring Service and Jordan Whitney Reports.
Designed stage sets and provided product styling for a series of commercials that drove retail sales for the “Kenmore Progressive Vacuum” — as well as additional demand for all vacuum sales at Sears. The campaign resulted in a 122% increase in sales, and was responsible for an 80% incremental increase in all other vacuum sales at Sears.

Managed a team of over 40 Television industry professionals, including art directors, set decorators, prop makers, and construction crews in the design and production of two of Nickelodeon’s most successful TV series, “All That”, and “Kenan & Kel”; and designed all of the sets, scenery, props, and graphics; and coordinated their execution on a tight deadline.
Supervised the day-to-day operations of the soundstage and support facilities, including managing extensive on-site set construction and set storage facilities. Coordinated the weekly turn-around of elaborate stage sets based on complex rehearsal, construction, and lighting schedules in preparation for recording the shows in front of a live studio audience. Worked with city officials and fire marshals to ensure that rigorous fire and safety regulations were maintained at all the related facilities.
Managed an Art Department budget of $1.2 million per-season, meeting or exceeding all expectations to the satisfaction of the management of Nickelodeon Studios and Tollin/Robbins Productions, while consistently remaining under budget.
Converted the renowned “Earl Carroll Theatre” on Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood from a single-set, proscenium-style stage theater, to a sound-stage capable of effectively handling multi-set sketch-comedy and sitcom series; including installing extensive support facilities for set construction and set storage on the premises, and re-branded the exterior of the theater as, “Nickelodeon on Sunset”.
